The Food Retail Compliance & Quality Assurance Manager ensures all company-owned and leased food retail outlets operate in compliance with Singapore's regulatory standards. The role focuses on food safety, operational standards, internal audits, staff training, and continuous process improvement to maintain high-quality service and operational excellence.
Develop, implement, and monitor compliance programs covering food hygiene, workplace safety, and licensing for all retail outlets.
Conduct internal audits and inspections across outlets to ensure adherence to SFA, NEA, MOM, SCDF, and other regulatory requirements.
Establish, review, and enforce SOPs for food safety, operational processes, and staff conduct.
Train and guide outlet managers and staff on compliance standards, operational protocols, and quality assurance practices.
Monitor and report on regulatory compliance, quality metrics, and operational performance.
Investigate incidents, customer complaints, or non-compliance issues, and implement corrective actions.
Coordinate with regulatory authorities for inspections, licensing, and compliance updates.
Collaborate with Operations, HR, and Finance teams to integrate compliance into business planning and outlet management.
Recommend process improvements and risk mitigation measures to senior management.
Bachelor's Degree in Food Science, Hospitality, Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related discipline.
Minimum 5 years relevant experience in food safety, quality assurance, or compliance management within F&B retail or food operations.
Strong knowledge of Singapore food hygiene standards, workplace safety regulations, and licensing requirements.
Proven experience in developing and implementing SOPs, internal audits, and compliance programs.
Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple outlets and ensure consistent compliance across locations.
Experience in staff training and regulatory coordination is an advantage.
Corporate office with regular site visits to company-owned and leased food retail outlets.

Monthly Salary Range: SGD $6,500 - $9,000
