Key Responsibility
1. Supervision and Leadership
- Manage a team of production workers, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently
- Schedule shift and assign duties to meet production targets
- Monitor employee performance and provide guidance, coaching and support as needed
2. Quality Control
- Ensure products meet safety, hygiene, and quality standards
- Monitor compliance with local food safety regulations
3. Production Management
- Oversee daily operations, including monitoring machinery and workflow
- Identify and resolve production bottlenecks or equipment issues
- Track inventory of raw materials and finished goods
4. Training and Safety
- Train staff on proper food handling and production procedures
- Enforce health, safety, and sanitation protocols
5. Reporting and Documentation
- Maintain production logs and report
- Record incident, quality checks, and staff performance metrics
