Food Production Supervisor

To lead and motivate all staffs on the production floor and ensure compliance to all aspect of Safety, Quality (including ISO and food safety) and Productivity.

. To update and implement operational procedures for production in compliance to ISO and food safety certification program requirements.

. To maintain and update the Safe Work Procedures as well as ensuring the work place is safe.

. To ensure completion of planned activities according to the daily production schedule and ensure optimization of resources.

. To maintain and update inventory accuracy in line with sales demands

. To improve the existing working method and maintain all equipment.

. To achieve the department Goal with quality output.

. To lead the staff force for Continual Improvement.

- Must process good communication skills (able to converse in English, Mandarin, Malay & dialect)

- Must process minimum Level 1 Food Safety Certification.
