We are seeking an experienced Food Production Personnel to manage our daily food production operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in working with production teams, optimising production processes, and ensuring compliance with food safety and quality standards. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining inventory levels, driving process improvements, and upholding our commitment to producing high-quality products, including sweeteners and nuts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle the daily operations of sweetener and nut production.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and oversee raw material stock levels to meet production needs without overstocking.
- Ensure strict compliance with food safety regulations, including HACCP, and maintain industry standards.
- Assist and support quality assurance and control (QA/QC) processes to ensure products meet both safety and quality standards.
- Identify areas for process improvement, implement corrective actions, and drive cost-effective production practices.
- Responsible for other duties as required by senior management.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in food production within a commercial or industrial setting.
- GCE O Levels, Nitec/ Higher Nitec or equivalent are welcomed.
- Familiar with the Muis Halal Certification Authority (HCA) Rules and Regulations.
- Preferably have passed the Muis Halal Competency Assessment.
- Knowledge in food safety practices and Ingredient Sourcing.
- Excellent multitasking, prioritisation, and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team environment.
- Able to communicate effectively in English.
- High level of self-motivation, initiative, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

5.5-day work week
Monday-Saturday
9am-6pm
9am-1pm
