Food Production Manager

We're looking for a Food Production Manager to oversee our food production operations, ensuring high-quality products are delivered on time and within budget. You'll lead a team to meet production targets, maintain a safe and clean environment, and drive continuous improvement.
.Responsibilities:.

- Manage daily food production operations, including planning, scheduling, and quality control

- Lead and develop a team of production staff, providing training and guidance

- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies

- Monitor production processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes

- Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment maintenance

- Collaborate with R&D, Quality Assurance, and other teams to ensure product quality and innovation

.Requirements:.

- Diploma or degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or related field

- 3-5 years of experience in food production management, preferably in a manufacturing environment

- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and quality standards (e.g., HACCP, GMP)

- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

- Experience with production planning and inventory management software

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

- Certification in food safety or quality management (e.g., FSC, QMS)

- Experience with lean manufacturing or continuous improvement initiatives
