Food Production Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise daily food production activities
• Ensure compliance with food safety (HACCP, SFA) and hygiene standards
• Plan and schedule production to meet demand
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement
• Lead, train, and manage production staff
• Troubleshoot issues and implement process improvements

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Food Science, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in food production or manufacturing
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
