Main duties and responsibilities
- Pack pork meat into food packaging, ensuring product hygiene, safety, weight accuracy, and neat packaging to meet food service requirements.
- Conduct raw material inspection to ensure the pork is fresh.
- Ensure proper and safe use of all equipment and work areas
- Attach label and record keeping of each food product.
- Weigh and sort meat products according to product specifications
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of work surfaces and equipment in compliance with food safety standards
- Collaborate with the production team to meet daily output targets.
Working Hours
- 5.5 working days (Monday to Friday: 8am to 6pm, Saturday: 8am to 1pm)

Job requirements
- 1 year of hands-on experience in Food Production Industry is preferred but not mandatory
- Comfortable working in 8 - 12 C working environment, uniform will be provided.
- Physically fit to be able to lift 2kg to 5kg of Pork meat for packing
