Job Summary
You will handle seafood processing tasks including filleting, descaling, cleaning, gutting, polishing, peeling, and cutting while maintaining high food quality and cleanliness standards in the workspace.
Responsibilities
- Fillet, descale, clean, gut, polish, peel, and cut seafood accurately to prepare for further processing or sale
- Maintain high standards in food preparation to ensure product quality and safety
- Clean all workstations and equipment thoroughly at the end of each day to meet company hygiene standards
- Sanitize materials and machinery parts after each shift to prevent contamination
- Follow company cleanliness protocols to maintain a safe and sanitary work environment
- Perform additional duties assigned by supervisors as needed
- Work overtime when required to meet production demands
- Handle physical loads of at least 20kg safely during daily tasks
Required competencies and certifications
- Minimum PSLE qualification
- Ability to handle seafood safely and efficiently
- Experience working in a back kitchen or central kitchen environment

- Working Hours: 6 days (4:30am - 1:30pm)
- Working Location: Boon Lay (Training Provided)
