Job Description:
- Assist food scientists in product formulation, testing, and quality evaluation.
- Prepare and conduct experiments on new food products and ingredients.
- Collect, record, and analyze data on product texture, taste, color, and shelf life.
- Ensure laboratory and production equipment are properly maintained and calibrated.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and food safety regulations (HACCP, ISO, etc.).
- Assist in preparing reports and documentation for research and quality assurance.
- Support production trials and continuous process improvement activities.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of food safety standards and laboratory practices.
- Good attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong in execution, communication, time management
- Able to work on PH and Weekend
