12 hours shift (midnight shift/ morning shift rotating)
6 days work week, weekday off
Location: Pasir Panjang
- Production Management: Organize, prioritize, and monitor daily production schedules to meet deadlines and, optimize workflow.
- Quality & Safety Control: Ensure all products meet quality standards and that the facility adheres to health, safety, and hygiene regulations (e.g., HACCP).
- Staff Supervision: Train, mentor, and evaluate production employees, manage schedules, and assign tasks.
- Operational Efficiency: Troubleshoot equipment, identify bottlenecks, and implement improvements to minimize waste and, reduce costs.
- Inventory & Reporting: Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and, packaging supplies, ordering as needed. Maintain, detailed, records regarding production, labor, and, waste
- Able to schedule manpower
- Perform hands-on packing duties
- Lift load, deliver to lorries
Requirement:
- Physically fit, carry heavy basket (20kgs++)
- Able to commit rotating shift
- Able to attend to emergency replacement of manpower
- Able to understand, read, write order
