Must be able to work on weekends and PH if necessary. All Nationality are welcome! .
Responsibilities:
Responsible for cutting fish and handling merchandise of seafood items
Must prepare raw fishes in accordance to requirements
Monitor and maintain freshness and quality of items
Perform housekeeping and ensure cleanliness of your work area in accordance to safety procedures and standards of hygiene.
Serious, hardworking and responsible
Any other duties as assigned by supervisor
Requirements:
No Formal Qualification Required
Basic kitchen experience required
Cutting fish experience required
