Food Processing Supervisor/Assistant

Job Description:

• Assist Manager to manage daily processes and quality.
• Train and supervise a team of assistants in the department.
• Manage and meet daily, weekly and monthly schedule and target.
• Maintain and improve product standards, consistency and factory hygiene.
• Ensure compliance to regulatory laws and requirements.
• Build teamwork to improve productivity.
• Ensure safety at workplace.

Requirements:

• Certificate / Diploma or equivalent qualifications with IT knowledge.
• At least 2 years of working experience with supervisory roles.
• Willing to work in cool room environment and handle frozen products.
• Positive attitude and flexibility.
• Bilingual in English and Chinese in order to liaise with the associates/ clients.
