Food Processing Operator

Job Responsibilities:

- Operate food processing machines and equipment according to work instructions.

- Perform or monitor weighing, mixing, processing, filling, and other production activities as assigned.

- Follow approved standard operating procedures (SOPs).

- Monitor processing parameters such as temperature, time, weight, and product quality.

- Conduct basic quality checks on raw materials and finished products.

- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the production area, equipment, and utensils.

- Follow food safety, hygiene and workplace safety requirements.

- Assist with cleaning and sanitation of production areas.

- Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor or management.
