Job Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor food processing machines in a Halal-certified kitchen safely, efficiently and in accordance with operating procedures
- Handle raw and cooked food products according to Halal and food safety standards
- Perform basic machine checks, cleaning and simple troubleshooting
- Pack, label and transfer food products as required
- Carry and handle goods weighing up to 20kg
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of work area
- Follow SOPs, workplace safety and company regulations
Work Hours: Full time: Monday to Saturday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Job Requirements:
- Able to perform manual handling and carry loads up to 20kg
- Good knowledge of Halal food handling, hygiene and kitchen safety practices
- Familiar with HACCP and GMP standards
- Comfortable working in a food processing / Halal kitchen environment
- Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented with effective communication skills
