Job Summary
Lead and oversee daily food production operations to ensure quality, safety, and efficiency in a high-capacity OEM Central Kitchen environment.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily food production and processing activities to ensure smooth operations and timely output
- Assign duties and monitor production team performance to maintain productivity and quality standards
- Ensure all products comply with established quality and food safety standards to meet regulatory and company requirements
- Monitor production schedules, output levels, and wastage to optimize resource use and minimize losses
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the production area to uphold food safety and workplace standards
- Inspect raw materials and finished products to verify quality and compliance before processing and delivery
- Enforce adherence to company procedures and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment
- Train and guide production workers to enhance skills and improve operational efficiency
- Prepare accurate production records and reports for management review and compliance tracking
- Perform additional duties assigned by management to support overall production goals
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Relevant experience in food manufacturing to effectively manage production processes
- Good knowledge of food hygiene and safety procedures to maintain compliance and product safety
- Ability to supervise and coordinate a production team to achieve operational targets
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required to support production demands
