FOOD MANUFACTURING SUPERVISOR

• Supervise daily food production and processing operations.
• Plan production schedules and allocate duties to workers.
• Ensure products meet quality, hygiene and food-safety standards.
• Monitor raw materials, ingredients and finished-product inventory.
• Check production equipment and coordinate maintenance when required.
• Control production costs, wastage and manpower deployment.
• Train employees on operating procedures, workplace safety and sanitation.
• Maintain production, quality-control and cleaning records.
• Ensure compliance with SFA regulations and company procedures.
• Perform other duties assigned by management.

Job Requirements

• Relevant experience in food manufacturing or food-processing operations.
• Supervisory or team-lead experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of food hygiene, quality control and workplace safety.
• Able to manage workers and meet daily production targets.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays when required.
• Physically fit and able to work in a food-production environment.
