Duties & Responsibilities
- Welcome and acknowledge all Residence owners and their guests according to company standards, anticipate and address service needs, assist, and thank others with genuine appreciation.
- Monitor for seating availability, service, safety, and wellbeing of Residence owners and their guests.
- Complete Food & Beverage opening duties, including setting up necessary supplies and tools, and ensuring work area is clean and everything is in working order.
- Complete closing duties, including storing all reusable goods, breaking down goods, cleaning all equipment, restocking items and completing daily cleaning checklist.
- Complete inventories (e.g. opening/ordering/tracking inventory) of food and beverage supplies
- Wash all coffee and beverage dishes and serving utensils as needed.
- Prepare and serve hot beverages (e.g., tea, cappuccino, espresso, latte, etc.).
- Prepare and display pastries for daily food & beverage operations
- Prepare food items for special breakfast events
- Managing Food & Beverage Costing
- Prepare daily cover report
- Recording of equipment temperatures
- Forecast, Plan, and Execue Residence owners events and communicate special requests to the Management Office.
- Maintain cleaning schedule for Food & Beverage Department
- Report work related accidents, or other injuries immediately upon occurrence to the Management office.
- Follow property specific procedures for handling emergency situations (e.g., evacuations, medical emergencies, natural disasters).
- Protect the privacy and security of Residence owners and coworkers.
- Maintain confidentiality of proprietary materials and information.
- Respond to special requests from Residence owners and their guests with unique needs and follow up to promote satisfaction.
- Follow all company policies and procedures, ensure uniform and personal appearances are clean and professional, maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, and protect company assets.
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, support team to reach common goals, and listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees.
- Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards.
- Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time or for an entire work shift.
- Perform other reasonable job duties as requested.
