Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage food and beverage operations daily, ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints and operational efficiency
  • Deliver exceptional internal and external customer service by promptly identifying and addressing customer needs and concerns
  • Design menus and execute purchasing strategies to optimize quality and cost-effectiveness of goods
  • Recruit, train, and develop staff to maintain high performance and service standards
  • Oversee inventory control and purchasing processes to maintain optimal stock levels and reduce waste
  • Negotiate supplier agreements to secure favorable terms for food and beverage products
  • Collaborate with clients to coordinate facility use for catering, parties, banquets, and related events
