Responsibilities
- Manage food and beverage operations daily, ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints and operational efficiency
- Deliver exceptional internal and external customer service by promptly identifying and addressing customer needs and concerns
- Design menus and execute purchasing strategies to optimize quality and cost-effectiveness of goods
- Recruit, train, and develop staff to maintain high performance and service standards
- Oversee inventory control and purchasing processes to maintain optimal stock levels and reduce waste
- Negotiate supplier agreements to secure favorable terms for food and beverage products
- Collaborate with clients to coordinate facility use for catering, parties, banquets, and related events
