Job Description

  • Take responsibility for the business performance of the brand
  • Responsible for overseeing all the branch under the assigned brand
  • Constantly review, evaluate operations/procedures and suggest improvements to upper management
  • Develop and maintain the brand's image
  • Accurately project and control P&L for the overall financial health of the brand
  • Responsible for the development and progression of operations staff
  • Provide effective leadership to Area and Restaurant Supervisor
  • Handle disciplinary issues and conducting Annual review for staff
  • Ensure the Area and Branch Supervisor adhere to company standards
  • Any other appropriate duties and responsibilities as assigned
  • Must have management experience in Food and Beverage
  • At least 5 years of Food and Beverage management experience
  • Must be able to read and write Chinese so as to communicate with Chinese speaking staff
