Job Summary
Lead the operational and financial performance of the brand by managing multiple branches, driving staff development, and ensuring adherence to company standards in the Food and Beverage sector.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the overall business performance of the brand to achieve financial and operational goals
- Oversee all branches under the assigned brand to ensure consistent execution of company policies and standards
- Review and evaluate operational procedures regularly to identify and recommend improvements to upper management
- Develop and maintain a strong, positive brand image aligned with company values and market positioning
- Accurately project and control profit and loss (P&L) statements to maintain the brand's financial health
- Drive the development and career progression of operations staff through coaching and performance management
- Provide effective leadership and guidance to Area and Restaurant Supervisors to enhance team performance
- Manage disciplinary processes and conduct annual performance reviews for staff to uphold workforce standards
- Ensure Area and Branch Supervisors comply with company operational and service standards
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support business objectives
Required competencies and certifications
- Management experience in Food and Beverage operations
- Minimum of 5 years Food and Beverage management experience
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Ability to communicate in written and spoken Chinese to facilitate effective communication with Chinese-speaking staff
