F&B Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• To oversee outlets operations and ensuring the outlet profitability and operational efficiency.
• Analyze financial performance to formulate, develop and implement plans to improve sales and profitability of the Company.
• Monitor, measure and report on Food Court development plans and achievements within agreed formats and timescales.
• Create a sound and strong working relationship with all staffs.
• Able to manage all controllable and uncontrollable expenditure of the assigned outlet within the Company's directions.
• Ensure quality of food, quality of customer service and cleanliness of the outlet and maintained consistently at all times.

Requirements:

• A strong passion for food & beverage.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Leadership with strong influential and coaching skills.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Training will be provided for candidates without relevant working experience in Food & Beverage industry.
