Role Overview
The Food & Beverage Manager will oversee 8 diverse restaurant concepts, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, smooth operations, and consistent performance. This role also leads pre-opening projects, including concept development, staffing, training, and launching new venues.
Key responsibilities
Oversee daily operations across eight restaurant outlets, ensuring smooth service, quality control, and adherence to brand standards.
Implement and enforce SOPs for service, safety, sanitation, and operational efficiency.
Monitor labor, inventory, and operational processes to maximize productivity and minimize costs.
Lead, mentor, and coach restaurant managers, chefs, and frontline teams to promote a high-performance culture.
Develop and deliver continuous training programs covering service excellence, product knowledge, and operational best practices.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and support team succession planning.
Maintain excellent guest satisfaction across all dining concepts through proactive service management and prompt issue resolution.
Ensure consistent food quality, presentation standards, and service levels appropriate for both fine dining and casual dining environments.
Perform regular health, safety, and compliance audits.
Review, analyze, and interpret P&L statements for all eight restaurants identify variances, trends, and areas for improvement.
Develop financial action plans with outlet managers to optimize revenue, reduce costs, and improve profitability.
Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for the F&B department.
Oversee vendor relationships, contracts, purchasing, and inventory controls to ensure cost efficiency.
Lead all pre-opening activities for new restaurants, including operational planning, equipment selection, layout optimization, and service flow design.
Collaborate with culinary, marketing, and procurement teams to finalize menus, pricing strategies, and overall brand alignment.
Recruit, train, and prepare opening teams, ensuring readiness for service launch.
Work closely with Executive Chefs, Marketing, HR, and Finance departments to ensure operational alignment and support key initiatives.
Assist in planning and executing promotions, seasonal events, and marketing campaigns to drive revenue and brand visibility.
Who We Are Looking For
9-12 years of F&B management experience, with strong exposure to multi-outlet operations.
Proven experience managing both fine dining and casual dining concepts.
Strong financial acumen with hands-on P&L management experience.
Experience in pre-opening restaurant operations is highly desirable.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
