Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of the restaurant.
  • Manage and train F&B staff, ensuring high levels of performance and customer service.
  • Maintain quality standards for food, beverage, and service.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive F&B revenue.
  • Monitor inventory, order supplies, and manage budgets.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
  • Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints professionally.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an F&B Executive or similar role.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of food, beverages, and F&B operations best practices especially in the Indonesian cuisine.
  • Post-secondary diploma/Bachelor degree in Culinary Arts or Hospitality or related field preferred.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
