Job Summary
We are looking for a Food & Beverage Associate to serve food to individuals in a warm and friendly manner in accordance with the restaurant's service standards.
Job Description
- Provide service in a warm and friendly manner in accordance with the caf/ restaurant service standards in order to ensure guest satisfaction
- Prepare and serve food and beverages as per caf menu, recipes and standards
- Prepare and set-up all equipment for the day's operations as specified by the shift and for in-house activities upon residents request or supervisor's instructions
- Check and replenish food and beverages stock as per requirements
- Perform cashiering duties, record and process all transactions as per procedures
- Ensure high level of cleanliness of caf at all times
- Perform related ad-hoc duties as assigned
Key Qualification
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Have a good sense of sanitation and hygiene
- Service-oriented attitude
- Ability to work on rotating shift hours including weekends & Public Holidays
