Job Description

  1. Design and update menus based on market trends, customer feedback, and cost considerations.
  2. Hire, train, and supervise all F&B staff, including servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff.
  3. Monitor inventory levels, manage food and beverage costs, and identify opportunities for cost reduction.
  4. Ensure exceptional guest experience by addressing complaints, handling special requests, and maintaining high standards of service.
  5. Manage daily operations, including scheduling shifts, coordinating with kitchen staff, and ensuring smooth service flow.
  6. Regularly inspect food and beverage quality, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations and standards.
  7. Ensure adherence to all local health and safety regulations, licensing requirements, and company policies.
  8. Track sales, analyze revenue data, and prepare financial reports for management.
