Job Description

  • Manage daily restaurant / outlet operations.
  • Supervise staff scheduling, training, and performance.
  • Ensure high standards of food quality and customer service.
  • Control stock, purchasing, and inventory.

  • Coordinate with kitchen and service teams for smooth operations.
  • Monitor supplier performance and negotiate costs.
  • Reduce food wastage and improve profitability.

  • Ensure outlet cleanliness and proper maintenance of equipment.
  • Organize staff meetings and motivate team members.
  • Implement SOPs and company service standards.
  • Support business growth and expansion plans.
