Job Responsibilities:
- Will be trained to handle full outlet operations such as front end customer services, beverages making procedure, quality assurance, manpower planning & cost controlling.
- Participating in training programs to enhance leadership, management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Being paired with senior managers or executives who provide guidance and help with career development.
- Learning about the company's culture, values, and organizational structure.
- Provide suggestive selling accordingly to customers interests.
- Ensure smooth daily operation of the store
- Ensure cleanliness of the store at all times
- Other duties as assigned
Other Requirement
- High interests in F&B industry
- An eagerness to learn, adaptability, and a proactive attitude.
