Job Description & Requirements:
- Assist the Facilities Manager in daily operations like coordinating maintenance activities etc
- To lead a team in provision of maintenance services
- Supervise subcontractors in carrying out planned and ad hoc maintenance and their work routines
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
- Diploma/Degree in Facility Management/Building Services, Property, Estate Management, or relevant discipline.
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
