Role

We are hiring a Flutter Developer with strong Application Management Support (AMS) experience to manage, maintain, and enhance cross-platform mobile applications. The role involves production support, issue resolution, and continuous improvement of mobile applications built using Flutter.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 support for Flutter-based mobile applications in production
• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, defects, and performance issues
• Collaborate with development teams for bug fixes and enhancements
• Handle incident, problem, and change management processes
• Ensure application stability, uptime, and performance
• Participate in release management and deployment cycles
• Maintain documentation and follow ITIL-based support processes

Technical Skills

• Strong experience in Flutter (Dart) for cross-platform development
• Expertise in state management: Provider, Riverpod, Bloc
• Good understanding of REST APIs, JSON, API integration
• Knowledge of MVVM / Clean Architecture
• Hands-on with Git, CI/CD pipelines, release processes
• Debugging using Flutter DevTools, Android Studio, Xcode

Support & Process Skills

• Strong experience in Application Management Support (L2/L3)
• Exposure to incident, problem, change management
• Familiarity with ITIL framework
