Working Location
Retail shop: 3 South Buona Vista Road, Viva Vista Mall
We are looking for one additional team member to join our small flower shop. If you're interested in starting a career as a florist but don't have prior experience, that's perfectly fine-we'll train you from the ground up. We do ask for a minimum commitment of 6 months, with the possibility of transitioning to a full-time role afterward.
Responsibilities
- Assist walk-in customers by advising them on floral options and taking orders
- Prepare orders received through our online platforms (website, Grab, etc.)
- Care for and condition flower stock
- Keep the store neat and maintain a clean workstation throughout the day
- Support with other shop tasks as needed
Requirements
- Self-motivated, with a positive attitude and strong willingness to learn
- A love for flowers and the ability to handle them with care
- Good communication skills and basic customer service ability
- Availability to work 3-4 days per week (part-time), from 11 am to 7 pm, with a 1-hour break
- Willingness to work overtime during peak seasons such as Christmas, Valentine's Day, and Mother's Day
Salary & Benefits
Part-Time
- $5.50 per hour during the first month of training
- $8.00 per hour from the second month onward
- Performance bonuses during festive months, based on individual and team results
