Duties And Responsibilities
Create visually appealing flower arrangements for daily deliveries
Responsible for preparing floral containers, required props, floral foams and floral carts for storage, refrigeration and delivery.
Responsible for cutting stems, keeping flowers watered and fresh.
Discarding wilting or dead arrangements.
Other tasks that may be required which would deem necessary in the fulfillment of the above duties.
Floral Design: Understanding of different floral styles, color palettes, and techniques for creating arrangements.
Plant Care: Knowledge of various flower and plant varieties, their needs, and how to ensure their longevity.
Practical Skills: Proficiency in preparing, constructing, and maintaining floral arrangements.
