Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Carry out floor and wall tiling works at residential, commercial and construction sites.
Prepare surfaces by cleaning, levelling and applying the appropriate bonding materials.
Measure and mark areas accurately before tile installation.
Cut and lay tiles according to drawings, measurements and site requirements.
Ensure tiles are properly aligned, levelled and evenly spaced.
Carry out grouting, joint finishing and necessary touch-up works.
Remove and replace damaged or defective tiles where required.
Handle tiling tools, equipment and materials properly.
Maintain good housekeeping and keep the work area clean and safe.
Follow site safety requirements and instructions from the supervisor.
Work independently or as part of a team to complete jobs according to schedule.

Requirements:
Relevant experience in floor and wall tiling works.
Able to read basic measurements and follow site instructions.
Able to use tile cutting and installation tools.
Good workmanship and attention to detail.
Physically fit and able to work at construction/renovation sites.
Able to work overtime, weekends or night shifts when required.
Singapore construction/renovation experience is an advantage.
