As a Captain (Service Crew) member, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth day-to-day restaurant operations. You will play a key role in creating a positive dining experience for guests while maintaining high standards of cleanliness, efficiency, and hospitality.
Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
Take orders accurately and efficiently, and provide menu recommendations when required
Serve food and beverages promptly according to company standards
Ensure tables are set up, cleared, and maintained in a clean and presentable condition
Handle customer inquiries and feedback with professionalism and care
Support overall outlet operations, including opening and closing duties
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in compliance with food safety regulations
Work collaboratively with team members and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow
Process payments and handle basic cashiering duties (where applicable)
No prior experience required training will be provided (experience in F&B is an advantage)
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
