Job Summary

As a Captain (Service Crew) member, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth day-to-day restaurant operations. You will play a key role in creating a positive dining experience for guests while maintaining high standards of cleanliness, efficiency, and hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner

• Take orders accurately and efficiently, and provide menu recommendations when required

• Serve food and beverages promptly according to company standards

• Ensure tables are set up, cleared, and maintained in a clean and presentable condition

• Handle customer inquiries and feedback with professionalism and care

• Support overall outlet operations, including opening and closing duties

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in compliance with food safety regulations

• Work collaboratively with team members and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow

• Process payments and handle basic cashiering duties (where applicable)

Requirements

• No prior experience required training will be provided (experience in F&B is an advantage)

• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Team player with a customer-oriented mindset

• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
