• Position : Floor Captain (Restaurant/Club) †ALL WELCOME!!
• Location : Bukit Pasoh
• Working hours : 5 Days Work Week (Rotational Shift) - 44 hours per week excluding break, 8-9 hours per shift
• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $2500 †Meal allowance + Fixed
• Allowance + Performance Bonus + 11 Days AL (First Year)
• Duration : Permanent
• Industry : Private Members Club
  

Responsibilities:

• Welcoming guests and delivering exceptional service to ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction
• Order taking, serving, and billing
• Managing guests reservations
• Projecting a courteous and professional image
• Developing and maintaining good relationships with team members
• Ensuring guest satisfaction by being proactive in service operations
• Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service
• Follow club’s policies, procedures and service standards
  

Requirements:

• 3+ years previous relevant experience
• Fluent English speaker
