Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and service-oriented Floor Captain/Service Crew to join our team. As part of the front-of-house team, you will play a key role in delivering excellent customer service and ensuring smooth daily operations, especially during events and peak periods.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and attend to guests in a friendly and professional manner

• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently

• Serve food and drinks promptly, ensuring presentation and quality standards are met

• Set up and clear tables, including event and function setups

• Assist with event service, including private parties and corporate bookings

• Handle guest feedback and requests politely and efficiently

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the dining and service areas

• Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow

Requirements

• Positive attitude and strong customer service mindset

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays

• Prior F&B or event service experience is an advantage, but not required

• Team player with a proactive and responsible attitude
