Duties & Responsibilities:
Assist and transport passengers requiring wheelchair assistance at Changi Airport
Safely lift special needs passengers up/down and in/out of wheelchairs and aircraft
To identify name, flight information, date and special service request details to ensure special needs passengers are taken to the correct destination
Assist special needs passengers in transporting and claiming personal belongings and baggage
Attend to passengers inquiries and provide excellent customer service experience
Gather wheelchairs where required and return them to the staging area for use
Ensure cleanliness and safety condition of the wheelchair
Report to supervisor if any equipment or services failed to meet the standards
Compliance to SOP and safety standards when assisting passenger including checks for wheelchair conditions and reporting prior to transporting passenger
Requirement:
Able to work weekends and public holidays would be advantageous
Customer Oriented and a good team player
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Able to converse in English confidently
Working Location:
Changi Airport Terminal 4
Work Timings:
Able to commit to either/both timing (8am - 1pm / 4pm - 10pm)
Able to commit at least 3 times a week would be added advantage
