Job Description

We are recruiting Locum Physiotherapist for various local healthcare institution in the intermediate and long-term care (ILTC) sector.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Conduct initial assessments for new client admissions
Conduct 6-monthly Care Plan and program reviews
Conduct InterRai assessments as required (training will be provided if necessary)
Prescribe and execute individual and group therapy programs and activities.
Assist and engage residents with behaviors of concern
Review and revise therapy program schedules with proper documentation
Liaise closely with other healthcare professionals to encourage a holistic approach to care
Participate in multidisciplinary case discussions
Participate in continuing education, training, and research activities when opportunities arise
Support Active Rehabilitation under Community Rehabilitation if need arises.

Requirements:

Degree or Diploma in Physiotherapy
Full AHPC Registration
At least two years of experience working in a healthcare setting
Passionate about Physiotherapy
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Fluency in local languages will be an advantage
Self-motivated to engage in continuous learning and education in the field of Physiotherapy
