Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Flexcube Core Banking Consultant to support implementation, customization, integration, and ongoing support of Oracle FLEXCUBE core banking solutions. The role involves working closely with business users, technical teams, and stakeholders to ensure stable, secure, and efficient banking operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, and support Oracle FLEXCUBE Core Banking modules

• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications

• Customize FLEXCUBE features using Java, PL/SQL, and FLEXCUBE tools

• Support core banking integrations with payment systems, channels, and third-party applications

• Handle UAT, SIT, production support, and issue resolution

• Perform data migration, system upgrades, and patches

• Ensure compliance with banking regulations, security standards, and audit requirements

• Prepare documentation including BRDs, FRDs, and technical documents

• Coordinate with Oracle, vendors, and internal teams as required

• CASA (Savings & Current Accounts)

• Loans & Advances

• Trade Finance

• Payments (NEFT, RTGS, SWIFT, IMPS)

• Fixed Deposits / Term Deposits

• Customer Information File (CIF)

• Limits & Collateral

• General Ledger (GL)

Technical Skills

• Oracle FLEXCUBE (12.x / 14.x preferred)

• Java, PL/SQL, SQL

• REST / SOAP APIs

• Unix/Linux basics

• XML, Web Services

• Banking interfaces and middleware

Functional Skills

• Strong understanding of core banking operations

• Banking products lifecycle knowledge

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

• Stakeholder communication and coordination
