About the Role
We are seeking a Fleet Supervisor to oversee our growing team of delivery drivers and vehicles. This role is key in ensuring smooth daily operations, driver performance, and vehicle readiness. You will be the link between management, drivers, and clients, helping us maintain high service standards and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily deployment of drivers and vehicles
- Ensure timely loading and dispatch of delivery routes
- Monitor driver performance and compliance with SOPs
- Track and manage fleet utilization, fuel consumption, and route efficiency
- Conduct regular vehicle checks and coordinate with workshops for maintenance/repairs
- Handle incidents, accidents, and exceptions professionally
- Maintain accurate records of fleet documents (road tax, insurance, servicing schedules)
- Train and guide new drivers on company SOPs, safety, and customer service
- Report daily/weekly KPIs to management (delivery rates, delays, costs, etc.)
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years experience in logistics, fleet management, or supervisory roles
- Valid Singapore Class 3/3A license (Class 4 is an advantage)
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to manage a team of drivers and resolve on-ground issues quickly
- Proficient in routing/delivery apps and Microsoft Excel (basic reporting)
- Physically fit, responsible, and able to work under pressure
- Singaporean/PR preferred
