Fleet Supervisor (Delivery Route)

Our client is a Government link company in the FMCG industry. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Transport Supervisor to be part of their Warehouse team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the West.

• Location: Joo Koon

• Working Hours: Rotating from 5.30am, 7am, 8.30am or 10.30am

• Working Days: 5 Days per week

Duties of Transport Supervisor:

• Plan and optimize efficient B2B delivery routes using transportation management systems.
• Oversee daily delivery operations to ensure timely, accurate service and resolve any issues.
• Manage and support drivers on routes, procedures, documentation, and safety protocols.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and vehicle maintenance standards.
• Monitor KPIs to improve delivery performance, route efficiency, and overall operations

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in fleet management and delivery route planning
• Comfortable with 5 days rotating day shifts
• Possess supervisory experience
