Our client is a Government link company in the FMCG industry. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Fleet Supervisor to be part of their Warehouse team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the West.
Duties of Fleet Supervisor:
- Plan and optimize efficient B2B delivery routes using transportation management systems.
- Oversee daily delivery operations to ensure timely, accurate service and resolve any issues.
- Manage and support drivers on routes, procedures, documentation, and safety protocols.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and vehicle maintenance standards.
- Monitor KPIs to improve delivery performance, route efficiency, and overall operations
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in fleet management and delivery route planning
- Comfortable with 5 days rotating day shifts
- Possess supervisory experience
