Fleet Supervisor

RESPONSIBILITIES

The Fleet Supervisor shall be responsible for performing the following duties include:

1. Supervising transport and managing vehicles/equipment within the company
2. Updating of daily serviceable status report of vehicles/equipment
3. Develop effective relationships with internal customers, drivers and vendors.
4. Conduct checks on areas of responsibility to ensure that standards of equipment and targeted performance standards are met.
5. Assist in conducting audits on vendors to ensure contract compliances.
6. Assesses the work environment, vehicle /equipment, and processes to develop and maintain a safe work environment
7. Responsible for the daily supervision on company repair workshop on repair progression
8. Assist in accident/incident investigation, Interviewing, evaluating & disciplining of drivers
9. Sending vehicles and equipment for inspections

REQUIREMENTS

1. Possesses a Class 4 License
2. Mechanical Background

WORKING HOURS

• 8.30am - 5.30pm (Mondays to Fridays)
• 8.30am - 12.30pm (Saturdays)
