Fleet Operations Executive

Job Description:

• Report to the Fleet Manager
• Tracking orders to ensure timely deliveries.
• Preparing delivery documents (DO & Invoices).
• Plan time schedules for scheduled delivery timings based on customers requirements or chosen by customers.
• Ensuring that all daily operations are executed in a correct, cost effective and timely manner - optimizing driver productivity & vehicle efficiency
• Improving operational management systems, processes and best practices that guarantee organizational well-being.
• Coordinate our supply chain procedures to maximize quality of delivery
• Ensure functional activities integrate with organizational requirements for quality management, regulatory compliance and customer needs.
• Suggest improvements to eliminate hazards, feedback on inadequacy of operational control, risk assessment and safe work procedure.
• Handle daily admin and other job-related functions as and when required by superior.

Job Requirements:

• Preferably has a Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of working experience in logistics / 3PL / Supply Chain is required for this position.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, e-mail, warehouse management system (WMS) and operating scanning equipment.
• Meticulous, detail-oriented, organized and able to prioritize tasks well.
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision, multi task and work well in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong customer service skills with an ability to communicate eloquently and effectively.
• Able to support urgent/critical business needs
• 5.5 days workweek
• Morning (5 am to 2 pm) or Afternoon (10 am to 7 pm) shift applies
