Job Description
Position Summary: The Fleet Manager (Technical) supports the Assistant Division Manager to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the Technical Division.

The applicant would also act as the Group Manager where he is responsible for overseeing the daily operational situation of his respective fleet, ensuring safe and economical, and regulatory-compliant operations of his fleet.

The candidate should have sailed as a Chief Engineer with appropriate Shore Experience.

Requirement
a) Sea Experience : At least Six months sailing rank experience as a Chief Engineer.

b) Shore Experience: Superintendent with more than 2 years of experience.

c) Industry Experience: More than 10 years experience.

d) Qualification and Knowledge:

Good understanding of Ship Management with Technical knowledge. With knowledge of ISM, EMS, PMS, Repairs, Dry-Docking and budgeting. And also well verse in applicable rules and best practices regarding repair & maintenance of ships.
