Fleet Leasing Executive (Automotive)

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales & Leasing Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting our vehicle leasing services, managing client relationships, and ensuring smooth end-to-end leasing operations.

Key Responsibilities

1) Promote and market our car leasing packages to both individual and corporate clients.

2) Respond to customer enquiries, prepare quotations, negotiate terms, and successfully close sales.

3) Prepare and manage leasing documentation and contracts, ensuring compliance with LTA and insurance requirements.

4) Coordinate with operations and workshop teams to ensure smooth vehicle preparation, handover, and returns.

5) Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure excellent customer experience and repeat business.

Requirements

1) Proven sales experience, preferably in the automotive or vehicle leasing industry.

2) Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.

3) Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.

4) Familiarity with vehicle leasing processes and regulations will be an advantage.

5) Possess a valid driving license.
