Fitness Instructor, your primary duty is to ensure the safety and well-being of all the trainees and participants at our fitness and wellness facilities. You'll serve as the first line of response during emergencies, carry out fitness programmes, and uphold safety protocols with professionalism and care.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Lead group level fitness training in accordance with lesson plans
- Lead fitness assessment such as Individual Physical Proficiency Test (IPPT)
- Implement, manage and enforce safe management measures and stipulated rules and regulations
- Reporting of training equipment defect, facility issue and physical or potential hazards
- Perform risk assessment and enforcement of safety measures during training activities
- Assist in organizing events or programmes
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned
