Job Description

We are looking for a Fitness Centre Chain Operations Manager to support the daily operations, class scheduling, instructor coordination, course planning, and service quality management of our fitness and wellness centre chain.

The role will work closely with the management team, instructors, and customer service team to ensure smooth class operations, effective manpower planning, and consistent service standards across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Plan and coordinate weekly and monthly class schedules across different locations.

2. Communicate with instructors on class availability, replacement arrangements, leave requests, and class coverage.

3. Monitor class attendance, booking trends, and location-level class performance.

4. Support the improvement of group fitness class structures, class levels, and training guidelines.

5. Assist in maintaining consistent class content, instructor guidelines, and customer experience across the chain.

6. Coordinate with the customer service team on class changes, cancellations, customer feedback, and daily operational matters.

7. Support instructor onboarding, training arrangements, and class quality monitoring.

8. Prepare reports on class performance, instructor schedules, manpower allocation, and operational issues.

9. Support new location opening preparation, including class timetable planning and instructor allocation.

10. Follow internal processes to maintain consistent service quality across all locations.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above in Business, Management, Sports Management, Operations Management, Hospitality, Education, or related fields.

2. Master's degree or postgraduate qualification will be an advantage.

3. At least 5 years of relevant working experience in operations, scheduling, training coordination, fitness centre operations, education operations, or service-related roles.

4. Experience in the fitness, wellness, yoga, Pilates, education, or service industry will be an advantage.

5. Good communication and coordination skills.

6. Able to handle multiple locations, instructors, schedules, and daily operational changes.

7. Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

8. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and basic reporting.

9. Able to communicate effectively in English. Mandarin communication ability will be an advantage for liaising with Mandarin-speaking instructors, customers, or business partners.
