Our client is one of the established players in the Travel & Tourism sector. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for an experienced individual to join their team, in hopes of developing and expanding their current travel product offerings. They are located in the Central area.

Job Responsibilities:

Develop and manage FIT travel packages for assigned destinations.
Source and negotiate competitive rates with airlines, hotels, DMCs and other travel partners.
Prepare package costing, pricing and promotions while ensuring profitability.
Maintain accurate product information in reservation and booking systems.
Build and maintain strong relationships with travel suppliers and partners.
Monitor market trends, competitor pricing and identify new product opportunities.
Support the Sales team with product knowledge, training and customised FIT quotations.
Coordinate with Marketing on brochures, website content and promotions.
Support travel fairs, roadshows and other promotional activities.

Requirements:

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a travel agency product role.
Strong knowledge of FIT travel products and destinations.
Good supplier management, sourcing and negotiation skills.
Strong analytical, pricing and commercial skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Experience with reservation systems is an advantage.
Good communication, problem-solving and time management skills with strong attention to detail.
Able to work independently, multitask and work well in a team.
